Most people are afraid to try CrossFit because they think they’re “not ready for it”, or they “have to get into shape” before joining a class. When in fact, there is no better time to start CrossFit than when you are de-conditioned and/or a little fearful! CrossFit’s methodology and movements are designed to help build a strong base of general physical preparedness – aka being ready and able to tackle any obstacle that life places in front of you. It will prepare you physically and mentally for the day-to-day grind that often limits our unknown potential.

 

The On-Ramp program introduces the basic movements and positions that we need for physical competency, and if desired, dominance. The best part is that you get to choose how CrossFit will increase the quality of your life. Our experienced coaches are here to help you make that decision and guide you towards achieving your goals. All you have to do is show up, be open and accepting to change, and be ready to have a lot of fun during the process!

The "Beginner Program" is every Tuesday

and Thursday at 7:00 PM. Each session will include an introduction/explanation of the workout, a general warm-up, a specific warm-up/skill prep, a workout, and a cool-down. Scaling options for all movements are offered at every session, including guidance for any injury and/or physical limitation. You will build a foundation and understanding of the CrossFit movements as well as slowly build your physical and mental abilities. Once you and the coach feel you are ready, you will join the regular classes.

 

CrossFit is a universally scalable program, designed for all abilities and fitness levels. CrossFit is for everyone!
