Like its grown-up counterpart, IMT CrossFit Kids and Teens is a workout that combines aspects from gymnastics; weightlifting; body-weight training, such as squats and push-ups; and endurance training, such as running, jumping and burpees.

 

One of the main missions of the IMT CrossFit Kids program is not only to build a strong fitness foundation but to also instill confidence, mental toughness, discipline, and integrity.

 

Our CrossFit Kids program was established roughly 6 years ago and was built from the ground up. We have seen numerous children, grow, mature and evolve to fit young adults, ready to take on the world.

We start by building a foundation which they will use in all aspects of life. Being aware of their bodies in space and how to properly move without getting injured. This allows us to help them develop into young adults knowing they are set for success in anything life might throw their way.
